About Me

hey there! i’m Rachel— I hold a bunch of titles but wife and mom are my favorite and i would love nothing more than to have a newborn in my arms every day for the rest of my life 

⟡ this year, I felt God calling me to learn who I am, what my gifts were, and to relinquish my control and lean in on him— so here I am!  here’s a few fun facts to get to know me a little better

⟡ once upon a time I dreamed of being an engineer— it took all of about 8 minutes of classes to realize that wasn’t for me and I switched to early childhood education— buttttt I’m very thankful for that mistake because I met my husband in the engineering dorm and he helped me find my passion in education

⟡ we have 3 kids and (most days) I want at least 2 more but we’re letting God lead us on that one

⟡ I had a bit of a rocky start to motherhood but I find so much joy in being with my children, watching them learn, and fostering healthy relationships between them. I hope this becomes a place where moms can find joy in motherhood too

⟡ I nevvvvver in a million years thought I’d turn to natural things before meds but here we are! Also said I’d never homeschool, but again, here we are! It always surprises me how God gently changes our hearts when we least expect it

⟡ I’m very much a 2w3 and love to learn/meet people
